By accessing or placing an order through Host SMM Panel, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Agreement
Placing an order with Host SMM Panel constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service, regardless of whether they have been read.
2. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms before each order.
3. Duplicate Orders
Orders placed for the same link while an existing order is still processing are at your own risk. No refunds will be issued for duplicate entries.
4. Username Change
Refills are not available if the associated username has been changed after order placement.
5. Refill Requests

Refills must be requested before placing a new order.

Old drops are not eligible for refill.

All refills are calculated based on start count to end count. Any natural growth is also included in the total count.
6. Link Modification
Changing the link of a running order will void any claim for refund or refill.
7. Account Privacy
Your account or content must be public before and during service delivery. Private accounts will result in failed deliveries and no support will be provided.
8. Link Accuracy
Ensure that the link provided is correct and active. Incorrect or expired links are not eligible for refund, refill, or cancellation.
9. Order Processing Status
Support actions such as refill, speed-up, or cancellation are only possible after the order has begun (i.e., start count is visible).
10. No-Refill Services
For services labeled "No Refill", no guarantee is provided. No complaints, support, or refund will be entertained for such services.
11. Guarantee Services
We take full responsibility for guaranteed services and will ensure issue resolution within the stipulated time frame.
12. Delivery Estimates
All orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours depending on service type. Delays beyond this range are rare and will be supported via live chat.
13. Pricing Policy
All service prices are subject to change without prior notice. Refund policy remains unchanged in case of price adjustments.
14. Disclaimer
Host SMM Panel is not liable for any business losses, account bans, or reputation damage resulting from the use of our services.
15. Platform Liability
We are not responsible for account suspensions or content removals by platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, or others.
🔁 Refill Policy
1. Refill Eligibility

Minimum drop threshold: 2%

Example: 5 drops out of 1000 followers = no refill; 20+ drops = eligible.
2. Conditions

The original link must remain unchanged.

Account must be public during refill period.

Refills are granted only if the final count is below the target (Start Count + Ordered Quantity).
3. Refill Example
Start Count: 500
Order Quantity: 500
Target Count: 1000
If final count is less than 1000, refill is applicable. If 1000 or more, refill is not granted.
4. No-Refill Services
No support, complaints, or requests are accepted for these services. Choose them only if you accept the risks.
